Payment Policy

Payment is due after each session and cash or e-transfer are accepted. You will be given a receipt that you can submit to your extended health care insurance for reimbursement if you have coverage. All sessions are one on one private sessions.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Patients may be charged $95 for missed appointments or for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice. Please call or e-mail us as soon as possible.

Extended Health Care Insurance Coverage

Did you know Registered Massage Therapy and Osteopathic Manual Therapy treatments are covered by many extended health care plans? Instead of letting your coverage amount disappear after your annual plan reset - why not use it? Check with your insurance provider to determine if you have coverage and your coverage amounts.

Direct Billing

Maa Wellness is pleased to be able to direct bill to all insurance providers.
Direct billing is the process of electronically billing the service to your insurance provider directly after your appointment. Response from the insurer is usually instant, and approval means that you pay what the leftover amount is after the insurer pays their portion.
This is a much easier option than paying the full price of the appointment and then submitting your receipt to be reimbursed.
